Mission
The mission of The 10|100 Committee is to raise monies that are invested in developing a pipeline of candidates of color that will populate campaigns, down-ballot through Congress, with qualified servants who represent communities of color.
Vision
Our immediate vision is to start in Indiana, and as we create a proven track record of success, we will expand state-to-state and then forge together to make an impact at the federal level. Our four-pronged approach is as follows:
RAISE at least $100,000 to fund research and directly fund candidates for the 2018 election cycle.
RESEARCH to identify the congressional and state legislative districts that would likely support a candidate of color.
RECRUIT candidates and get them elected in 2018 and beyond.
REPLICATE this successful model across the country.
Our long-term vision, and what motivates us to further this local momentum, is to facilitate 10 members of color in the U.S. Senate, and 100 members of color in the U.S. House of Representatives serving concurrently by 2050.
